INDIAN MUSIC FORUM ARCHIVES: Indian Music Forum: notation help please?

I am trying to complete an assignment for an indian improvisation course however i do not have my notes with me where i am staying for the summer.

If anyone could give me information on how to notate in Rag Bhairav, Tal Teental and Dugun with its signs and symbols that would be a great help.

I could also do with clarifying what the following are

Sapat Tan

Alankar Tan

Tan based on Aroh extension

Amad

Tihayi

If anyone could give me any help on this it would be greatly appreciated.
