Does anybody know where I can get a copy of the DVD of this performance by Ustad Sayeeduddin Dagar? The shop section of the publisher's website seems to be down.

Have you checked Amazon or even ebay?
Are you only after this particular DVD or any with the Ustad on?
BTW
I had a post from that Kalasangam org in Leeds? & noticed Sri Dharamvir Singh is playing soon there!

existing dvd of this (as of yet). Dagarji has confirmed me this himself.
