Help Finding Artist

Post by evanderMK » Sun May 03, 2015 6:52 am

Hi, I was wondering if anyone recognised the song playing in this short Instagram clip. It's a beautiful sounding chant and would love to find a cd with further songs like it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The clip is here

That sounds like overtone singing, or "throat singing", and so not likely Indian.

There are various types, such as Mongol, Tibetan, Tuvan, etc., but I don't know enough about the topic myself to tell which type you have there, much less recognize the artist.

Sorry :·(

There's a software called Omnisphere that has a lot of Tuvan singing, this sounds like it's processed with filters. But can be done easily, it's a lot of fun.

Could anyone please help me with finding this artist. The track I'm interested in starts at about 1 hour 39 minutes and 50 seconds into this dj set ... april-2015

You should be able to scan through it easilly.

Any leads much appreciated!
