tabla tutorials

Post by Liquid » Wed Jul 20, 2016 12:45 pm

Hi all,

I just started posting tabla tutorials. If any of you are interested, you can check out my first video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oIT8QHPfVHE

It is an intermediate tutorial for those who are familiar with the basic strokes but I'm hoping people show interest and help guide me in making future videos. Please give me some feedback and let me know what you'd like to see in the future.

Thanks!

Awesome !

And that is one cool cat (at the end of the clip), totally unaffected by it all ; I guess it has heard it all many times :-)

I wish every Tabla teacher teaches like this. The full notation with proper finger placement and sound production. Now you go practice and explore. Good job! I would love to see more of these nuggets from you.

w0w, thanks a lot for the positive feedback guys! I don't consider myself a teacher by any means, just a student looking to help other students. We have to help each other out. Happy you guys liked it and will work towards making more of these. Let me know if you want to see anything in particular.

Great tutorial. I've always heard that played and wanted to know the bols and the fingering. Thank you. More please.

You may also put composition in Table form using Vishwamohini.com, just show case how it fits in the beats. Also users can play your compositions virtually

please refer below link,
